How to Obtain Technical Support for Sunbelt Products

At Sunbelt Software we are committed to offering the very best antivirus software and PC security software with the very best US based support for our customers. There are many ways to get this information. We have laid these out below to help you handle your request.
  • Look for answers in the product manual or the included help file
    If you do not have these, you can download them for each product's User's Guide or Resources tabs.

  • You can chat with a live support representative
    Chat with a live support representative by navigating to the product page for the product that you own. Look for the "Live Chat" area on the right side and choose the "Support" tab. Once you are there, just click on the Live Chat icon and you will be connected to a support representative.

  • Make certain you are running the most recent version of our product
    To display the version number of the program, select "Help" from the main menu and then choose "About". Compare the version number display there with the version number on the product's webpage. If it is different, you should download the most recent version and reinstall.
